Who runs this assistant
This is a private personal assistant run by Hatim Arafa on their own server, for their own use only. Nobody else can sign in or use it, and it does not collect information from visitors to this page.
What it uses
- Google account data of the owner: Gmail messages (to search, read and summarise them, and to send emails the owner approves) and Google Calendar events (to show the schedule and to create or cancel events the owner approves).
- What the owner writes to the assistant: chat messages, notes, tasks and reminders.
- Sign-in details: the owner's password is stored only as a secure hash; Google access is stored as a sign-in token on the owner's server.
How it is used
Data is used only to do what the owner asks: answer questions, summarise, draft, remind and organise. Emails are sent and calendar events are created or cancelled only after the owner presses Approve. Data is not sold, not used for advertising, and not used to build profiles.
To write its answers, the assistant sends the relevant conversation and the email or calendar content it is working on to Anthropic's Claude API, which processes it under Anthropic's commercial terms and does not use it to train its models. No other company receives it.
Google user data
The assistant's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google data is accessed only for the features above, only at the owner's request, and no person other than the owner reads it.
Where it is kept and for how long
Everything is stored on the owner's own server, reached only over encrypted connections (HTTPS), with encrypted backups. Emails and calendar events stay in the owner's Google account; the assistant keeps only what appears in its conversations. The owner can delete notes, tasks and conversations at any time. Disconnecting Google in Settings deletes the stored Google sign-in; access can also be removed at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
